Who We Are

Forest Lake Village is a beautiful, well maintained, deed restricted community consisting  of approximately 87 one and two-story single family homes located in Suntree (Melbourne), FL. 

Our community is surrounded by green, luscious landscaping and sidewalks meandering around a few nature preserves that are home to many species of wildlife and plants. Its not unusual to see eagles and hawks soaring overhead or turtles swimming in our ponds and of course some beautiful Sandhill Crane families walking throughout our properties.

Forest Lake Village has many great places nearby for family fun, entertainment, arts, dining, shopping centers and nature preserves for walking or cycling.  Community parks with playground equipment, ball fields, golf courses and The Brevard Zoo are close by and within walking or biking distance!

We are within a convenient 45 minute drive to the attractions of Orlando that include Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Disney theme Parks. Orlando International Airport is just 35 minutes away for those jet away trips. Port Canaveral is within a 20 minute drive, and we are just a short drive to Brevard's pristine beaches and Intracoastal water ways. Other nearby attractions include The Kennedy Space Center,  and historic downtown areas such as Cocoa and Melbourne including a plethora of restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment venues.
